Imagining
At the end of
the day,
When your home,
safe and warm,
Your belly full,
a drink in your hand,
Close your eyes,
drift away.
(Imagine)
Walking a
stretch of road
(Imagine)
Your troubles
are but a load
(Imagine)
Leaving them
there to erode
(Imagine)
If we could fly
(Imagine)
Soaring through
the sky
(Imagine)
Life through a
birds eye
With the sun in
your eyes,
It is hard to
find your way,
But if you stare
at the ground,
You will only
find lies.
(Imagine)
Walking a
stretch of road
(Imagine)
Your troubles
are but a load
(Imagine)
Leaving them
there to erode
(Imagine)
If we could fly
(Imagine)
Soaring through
the sky
(Imagine)
Life through a
birds eye
It is not all
bad,
There's plenty
of good.
The journey is
long,
Life must go on,
Or we'd all go
mad.
